Personal Training

Beartooth CrossFit offers one-on-one Personal Training and/or Group Training sessions. These sessions are ideal for all levels and will be individualized to address your personal needs and fitness goals.

Your program begins with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. The initial assessment phase may take one or several sessions in which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balances (imbalances) and any limitations that may impede your progressions.  Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.  Typical Training Programs we offer include:

  • Fat Loss and Body Composition Program
  • “Bulletproof” Ankles, Knees, Hip, Back, and Shoulders.
  • Gymnastic Program
  • Olympic Lifting Program
  • Strength Program
  • CrossFit Competition

Included in every Personalized Training Program is a body scan and body composition test with a Seca mBCA Medical Body Composition Analyzer. Nutritional consultations are available upon request.
