Olympic Lifting

Crossfit Olympic Lifting is a program designed to develop the strength and power of the athlete as it applies to Crossfit. The goal of the program is to teach the fundamental mechanics of the snatch and clean and jerk. It will include any supplementary movements such as back, front and overhead squats, pulling positions and all three presses (Strict, Push, and Jerk). All of this will increase the strength and power of the participants. Each cycle will be purposefully designed to give participants an opportunity not only to be taught correct bar paths and movements but also to test themselves to confirm progress.

Anyone who is interested in getting stronger as well as increasing the proficiency in his or her lifts should consider attending this program. From the “newbie” to the “old hand” this program will take your abilities to the next level.
