Warm-Up Dynamic/ Mobility

Conditioning:

3 x 1000 m (rest 30-60 sec between sets). Warm up set. Increase pace each set.

Cycle/Bike 4 min. Focus on hamstring pull.  (Alternative: Pace Row)

4 x 200 m Sprint (Jog back, right into next sprint)

Hamstring/Glute Strengthening Exercises :

3 Sets  10-12 reps of each:

Air Squat (Deep) . Rx- Goblet Sqt

KB SDHP 70/53

Walking lunges (Rx weighted) or bulgarian Split Sgt

Single Leg Deadlift

then,

1 x 1 mile Run
