1 partner Runs 400 m / 1 partner performs Burpee Box Jumps
** Switch at each 400 m Run (Each partner will run 400 m 2 x)
Skill Work: Pose Pull
Partner Track Work 2 x 800 m interval Run
In 400 m increments around track:
Run/Jog 100 m then Sprint 25-50m. Rest while partner runs 400 m interval.
(each partner will run around track 2x totaling 800 m per partner or 1600 m Total)
Resume Mobility from Wed
Stretch Groin and Adductors

Strength: Warm up 10 x bar then 2x 1 (10 sec pause down, 10 sec hold) before performing ME Front Squat (55-65 % 1 RM) .
