Athletes Choice – You guys know what you need best to prepare you for your 1RM. Spend this time preparing for it!

*Athletes will have 40 Minutes to Warm-up and start building their 1 RM Back Squat.  The last 15 Minutes of class Athletes will complete the Metcon.
