Complete for time:
Each partner has to run a total of 1 mile in 400m increments and only 1 partner runs at a time. While your partner is running you will have an AMRAP of:
20 Jumping Lunges
15 Ring Rows
20 V sit ups
As soon as your partner finishes their run, you can then leave for your run. The WOD is not of till both partners finish running 1 mile. Your score is how quick your miles are and for total reps.
