First off, Happy Thanksgiving! Secondly, lets thank Dru for keeping the gym running this week.

I hope that you account for all the blessings that you have and say Grace and Praise the Lord for what he has bestowed on us!!  We have such a great community and family here at the gym and theres no better way to spend a holiday than with our Beartooth Family.

In Teams of 2 complete the following

Kettlebell Swings – American (53/35)

MAIN COURSE:

16 MIN EMOM: Complete the Following

Deadlift

Double-Unders

Pull-ups

Rest

*Reps can be broken up any way but only one partner can work at a time and weight will determine by what both partners can do. Score will be the total number of combined reps.

DESSERT:

150 Partner Wall Ball Tosses 20/14#
